Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize, and supervise the activities of the culinary team
  • Aid in creating budget proposals for the food service program
  • Manage the ordering, receiving, and tracking of all food items, supplies, and equipment
  • Review and enhance operational methods of the food service program for efficiency
  • Recruit, train, and mentor hourly team members
  • Ensure food safety standards comply with regulations
  • Contribute to establishing and enforcing food program policies and procedures

An official culinary certification is desirable for this role, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in food service management. Previous experience in leading and developing teams, achieving financial targets, and possessing excellent communication skills are key qualifications we are looking for.
