Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm
Essential Functions and Daily Duties of a Production Service Coordinator
Help schedule services with homeowners and builders
Help monitor all scheduling and production communication in builder portals daily, ensuring that communication is directed to field personnel
Help release job materials daily, coordinating deliveries with suppliers
Help maintain builders start releases daily
Help maintain and schedule all caulking scheduling
Help train and be proficient on day-to-day scheduling to provide backup to other Production Coordinators
Help track and follow up on back-order material with vendors
Helps coordinate/facilitate meetings – Safety, Crew Appreciation, Etc.
Help report company Production Data
Work with BPAs to onboard and retain new crews
Work with crews to establish accurate tracking mechanism for job starts and finishes
Help maintain crew contract packages, insurance certificates
Production Coordinator Preferred Experience
Construction Industry experience
Experience with MS Office Products – Word, Excel, Access, Outlook (a plus if you have knowledge in SAGE)
Efficient time management skills
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks within time constraints
Ability to work independently and creatively
Detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal skills
Demonstrates initiative and flexibility
