- Assist customers in finding products and maintaining store appearance.
- Adhere to procedures and company guidelines to ensure compliance.
- Provide efficient checkout experience and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Explain the benefits of our Rewards program to customers and assist with enrollments.
- Engage customers with VOC surveys and offer assistance with merchandise.
- Help with merchandise recovery, restocking, and store maintenance.
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and following safety protocols.
- Support shrink and safety initiatives while ensuring a well-stocked store.
- Offer assistance with Omni channel processes and maintain a well-organized store.
- Interact positively and respectfully with others, embody organizational values, and lead by example.
- Receive training in Custom Framing sales and production.
- Perform any other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail and/or customer service is preferred.
- Applicants in the U.S. and Canada must meet all legal job requirements.
