Assistant Manager needed for a polished casual steakhouse on the beach. Salary up to $65k with bonus and benefits

Everyday dining can be boring, but it doesn't have to be With beautiful open scenery and waterside views with top-tier food and beverages, this concept takes dining to a whole new level

Great local group with 4 different concepts. Opening in 2013, this concept has already achieved numerous achievements including the 2020 Best Restaurant, Venice Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year for Hospitality and Tourism, Florida Restaurant and Lodgings Seal of Commitment, just to name a few. Scratch kitchen and bar, with an ever-evolving menu. Very thorough process, they want to make sure it is a good long-term fit rather than an urgent hire. 3 interviews and a thorough training process. With this company, you can be promoted between concepts. Be promoted to General Manager and you'll be making over $100k per year plus bonus.

Managers' duties and development:

· Build, train, and lead a strong team

· Be supported and developed with 9-12 weeks of training and learning the P&L process

· Uphold high service standards while achieving P&L goals

· Develop creative items, following what's in season and keeping staff inspired
