**Job Title: Operations Manager**

Radial, a leading provider of omnichannel commerce technologies and operations, is thrilled to announce an opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our team. Our cutting-edge omnichannel solutions leverage technology and analytics to streamline e-commerce processes, reduce costs, and enhance the overall consumer experience.

Role Summary:

The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in providing leadership and supervision to an operations team within the same value stream, working towards building a world-class operations team. Responsibilities include overseeing inbound and outbound shipments, pick/pack operations, and inventory maintenance. In addition, the Operations Manager focuses on fostering a culture of continuous improvement in inventory, people, and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with client SLA agreements and site-specific quality and fulfillment targets.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to maintain a safe and productive campus environment.
  • Contribute actively to the growth and development of team members.
  • Take full responsibility for client or clients' work week, including 2nd shift and weekend shifts if required.
  • Implement Individual Performance Management program for the area.
  • Plan, prioritize, and communicate shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
  • Engage with clients on operational matters.
  • Lead quality assurance efforts, establish metrics, utilize industry best practices, and develop tools and processes for achieving quality goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports and provide necessary feedback, including salaried management members.
  • Promote and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the value stream.
  • Drive productivity enhancements in alignment with KPIs.
  • Take ownership of lean process improvement and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources to enhance safety, quality, customer service, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure training programs, skills development initiatives, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the value stream are kept up to date.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and empowerment among associates.
  • Manage relationships with on-site seasonal staffing representatives and advise the operations director on seasonal labor requirements.
  • Manage the budget for the value stream.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as LEAN, Six Sigma, or equivalent; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive Operations experience in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive productivity improvements through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Focused on execution.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Awareness of internal customer needs.
  • Proficient in data analysis to identify defects and root causes.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements to drive growth.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish or enhance quality control procedures.
  • Capacity to learn all operational functions.
  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with colleagues and senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Intermediate math skills required.
  • Able to lift 50lbs and push or pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs.
Travel:
  • This position is onsite, not remote.
  • No travel required.
**Work Hours:** Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Must be available for additional hours as needed.
