TransCore (TRN), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Coordinator to join our Infinity Deployment team in Houston, Texas.

Job Summary: The Warehouse Coordinator works with the Warehouse Supervisor and assembly team to facilitate the flow of equipment in and out of the lab. This includes inspection and sorting upon delivery to our warehouse, as well as shipping/packaging to its final destination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Ensures accurate inventory of stockroom using handheld scanners and inventory software (Wasp).
  • Issues stock room inventory with proper documentation of each event.
  • Operates and instructs on proper forklift operation and safety.
  • Examines stocks, inventories, and distributes material in inventory to the lab.
  • Focus on safety and best practices.
Education: High school diploma or GED.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 to 4 years related experience.
  • Forklift certification.
  • Experience using a pallet jack.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Forklift operator License / Certificate
