JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the bar is stocked with necessary supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and equipment
  • Verify guests' legal drinking age
  • Prepare drinks according to standards and preferences
  • Handle payment transactions efficiently
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and engagement
  • Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly
  • Secure all equipment and handle cash transactions
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in bartending
  • Bartending certification is a plus
  • Alcohol awareness certification is preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficient in alcohol serving practices
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Able to exceed guest expectations
  • Detail-oriented and a team player
