Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to CloudOps team members, fostering best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, endorse pull requests, and drive adherence to best practices across product teams.
  • Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines embedded within different product teams.
  • Architect and deploy Tyler's upcoming ERP hosting platform utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IAC), Configuration Management, and Event-Driven Infrastructure.
  • Innovate tools to improve deployment capabilities and service monitoring in a distributed setting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions supporting DevOps and Agile transformation initiatives.
  • Participate in rotational on-call responsibilities to ensure system stability and performance.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps/CloudOps roles, preferably involving AWS, system design, documentation, and team leadership.
  • Significant software development expertise, especially in C# .NET, and proficiency in BASH, Python scripting.
  • Skilled in Linux system administration, CI/CD ecosystems, and cloud service governance.
  • Expertise in AWS services (e.g., EC2, VPC, ELB, RDS, Route53, CloudWatch, S3), IAC tools (preferably Terraform), CI/CD platforms, and Realtime Monitoring systems (such as DataDog).
  • Thorough comprehension of microservice architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in managing production Kubernetes environments, overseeing deployments, and ensuring high uptime.
  • Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and cooperatively, address intricate challenges, and innovate with best practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Remuneration typically ranges from $86,772 to $114,174 before adjusting for regional variations. Please consult with the recruiter to confirm eligibility for incentives.
