Job Title: Experienced Endocrinologist

Responsibilities:
  • Experienced general endocrinologist needed for a growth opportunity focusing on 100% adult endocrinology (minimum 2 years experience)
  • This is not a subspecialty role as the physician will be treating a diverse range of patients
  • Full-time position with 36 hours of patient interaction per week
  • Strong backing from an expanding primary care team in the North suburbs
  • Follow-up appointments of 15 to 20 minutes and new patient visits lasting 30-40 minutes
  • Flexible 4 1⁄2 day work week schedule
  • Primarily outpatient role with on-call duties 1:10 on weekdays and weekends
Practice Details:
  • Located in Hoffman Estates, directly across from St. Alexius Medical Center
  • Modern, updated office suite shared with primary and specialty providers for a collaborative environment
  • On-site laboratory and radiology services with dedicated spaces for endocrine patients
  • Remote nursing support for managing in-basket tasks, messages, and calls
  • Experience with EPIC EMR preferred but not mandatory
  • Attractive salary with performance-based incentives on top of guaranteed pay
