Copperstate Paving & Construction LLC. is a small business performing commercial and residential construction in Northern Arizona.

We perform earthwork, grading and excavating, underground, utility installations as well as asphalt paving.

  • Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety compliance, and resolve any issues that arise
  • Review and interpret project schematics, blueprints, and specifications
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
  • Provide guidance and support to employees

  • Proven experience in construction supervision role
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Knowledge in underground utilities, earthwork, and asphalt paving
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

$ $30.00 per hour
