Summary:

As a PRN (as needed) team member, you will be responsible for providing pastoral care to patients, families, employees, and visitors on a daily basis. Your role will involve offering support during crisis situations, counseling individuals and families, and collaborating with other social services to ensure all needs are met.


Additional Information:
Master's degree required, along with 1 CPE Unit-APC, ACPE, NACC, NAJC, CASC, CPSP, SCA or FT Chaplaincy Experience. Bachelor's Degree is recommended.

Qualifications:
- Required Education: 1 CPE Unit-APC, ACPE, NACC, NAJC, CASC, CPSP, SCA or FT Chaplaincy Experience, Master's Degree
- Recommended Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Required Work Experience: Clinical Services or Other Services - 2 years of Chaplaincy

Responsibilities Include:
  • Providing pastoral care during crises.
  • Counseling individuals and families experiencing grief.
  • Developing strategies to cover all assigned areas.
  • Responding to spiritual and pastoral needs.
  • Offering crisis intervention and developing care plans.
  • Establishing good relationships with patients, families, and co-workers.
  • Supporting patients and families of various faith backgrounds.
  • Completing required documentation.
  • Performing other assigned duties.
