We're currently searching for an attorney with a strong academic background and five or more years of experience drafting, planning and reviewing sophisticated estate plans. The ideal candidate will possess superior communication skills, working with clients, shareholders, attorneys and firm members, with all aspects of estate planning. Qualifications and Experience:

• JD Degree from accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in estate planning
• Familiarity with federal and state, estate, gift and income taxes as well as probate and trust administration law required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; engages with clients with ease
• Reliable team player; committed to professional and firm growth and development
• Certified specialization in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law and/or Taxation from the State Bar of California Board of Specialization preferred
• Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); comfortable with technology including document management software and timekeeping applications
