Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a team to oversee all aspects of the housekeeping operations at motel
  • Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure standards are met
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs promptly
  • Perform handson cleaning duties as needed
  • Assist with laundry within the motel as needed

Experience:

  • 3 years management experience in a similar role required
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hotel or hospitality industry
  • Excellent understanding of housekeeping management principles
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high cleanliness standards
  • Proficiency in various cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
