The UCF Student Success and Well-Being Wellness and Health Promotion Services is currently accepting applications for a Student Wellness Coordinator II.
This role also organizes peer educators to perform outreach events on a variety of health topics(alcohol and other drugs, nutrition, wellness coaching, sexual health, etc.).
Conducts outreach events and workshops.This is an Auxiliary-funded position. Employment is subject to availability of funding and may cease at the time funding for this employment is depleted.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate campus nutrition initiatives including cooking demonstrations, cooking classes, and workshops.
Develop and coordinate health promotion outreach initiatives and the Peer Education program.
Provide supervision, training, development and task supervision to graduate and undergraduate students.
Create strategic partnerships with key registered student organizations, student agencies, and appropriate academic programs to facilitate health promotion outreach.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla.

Food handler and/or kitchen manager certifications.
