Role Overview:

Contribute to the success of The UPS Stores and Franchisees by ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and compliance. Support franchisees with renewals, ownership transfers, relocations, and other business transitions. Provide guidance and communication to enhance revenue and profitability through training initiatives and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement best practices in operations, training, marketing, and franchise management to boost revenue
  • Organize networking events to enhance store profitability and vendor relationships
  • Train franchisees on pricing strategies and financial concepts
  • Coordinate training programs for store owners to ensure adherence to company policies
  • Manage center buildouts, remodels, and upgrades to meet company standards
  • Act as a liaison between stakeholders to address inquiries and provide solutions

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in facilitating meetings and public speaking
  • Effective at problem-solving and customer issue resolution
  • Demonstrates knowledge of franchise operations and related financial aspects
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred

Requirements:

  • Must be located in the same geographic area as the job or willing to relocate
  • Driver's License and reliable transportation necessary
  • Minimum 5 years of franchise experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
