Job Summary

Under general supervision, the Distribution Center role involves various tasks including checking customer orders, pulling orders, packing, and stocking.

The incumbent is expected to carry out all duties while upholding Rite Aid's brand, strategy, core values, and service attributes.

Responsibilities

• Picks, pulls, and packs daily outgoing merchandise.
• Operates RF (radio frequency) scanning equipment according to established procedures as required to streamline merchandise flow through the distribution center.
• Verifies stock availability, replenishes as necessary, and maintains stock documentation and shortage reports.
• Affixes labels, tickets, or tags.
• Inspects containers, materials, and products to ensure packing specifications are met before forwarding to the shipping department.
• Removes completed or faulty products or materials, transferring them to conveyors or designated areas like loading docks.
