Express Employment Professionals has teamed up with a company in Sparta, WI to hire a CNC Swiss Programmer. This company is engineering based that manufactures components used in several medical device fields. This position will work closely with the Engineering team on job workflow and improvements.

Job Title: CNC Swiss Programmer

Wage: $18-$27 per hour based on experience

Shift: First Shift 4 10-hour days 6 AM - 4 PM

Job Duties:

. Program new jobs with Part Maker Software

. Set up jobs to meet production requirements

. Able to effectively meet timelines and deadlines

. Train staff

. Optimize existing jobs

. Effectively use measuring equipment to verify part quality acceptance

. Document daily activities through established ERP System

. Tooling and material management

. Perform daily maintenance and cleaning activities

Job Qualifications:

. HS Diploma or equivalent

. 3-5 years Swiss Machining Programming Experience

. Proficient blueprint reading and knowledge of GD&T

. Proficient computer skills

. Able to communicate efficiently with teammates and management

. Strong attention to detail

. Must be comfortable working with small close tolerance parts as well as using microscopes for visual inspections
