Responsibilities:
As a Personal Banker, you will focus on nurturing customer relationships, becoming an expert in financial products, and providing tailored solutions to enhance our customers' financial wellness. From in-branch products to Business Banking and Investments, this role involves participation in business development opportunities and offering operational support as required.
Qualifications:
- Customer-focused with a drive to support financial needs
- Proven sales success record
- Strong customer service abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift weights when needed
- S.A.F.E. Act registration necessary
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- Prior experience in a retail banking setting
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
