The district of Tirschenreuth is currently seeking a Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) for the East Rocky Hill Welcome Center, to start as soon as possible. This position is full-time or part-time and will be limited to 2 years.
The East Rocky Hill Welcome Center aims to utilize the potential of skilled immigration in the region. The focus is not only on recruiting skilled workers, but also on their successful integration to ensure that they feel comfortable in East Rocky Hill and do not migrate to larger urban economic centers. Additionally, the center supports the regional economy as a consulting and service provider to attract workers and skilled professionals to the northern Upper Palatinate region.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing an integration concept for the rural area Supporting migrated trainees and employees upon their initial arrival for work or training - providing assistance with everyday challenges Creating individual integration plans, particularly: Designing and organizing accompanying language acquisition Supporting training and employment relationships with employers and employees Assisting with finding housing Supporting leisure activities Family reunification Networking with the individuals being supported, building a community Networking meetings with regional decision-makers and
