Job Title: Grocery Store Associate

  • Ensure efficient and courteous customer service to support the company's mission of providing top-notch store experiences
  • Maintain a positive attitude, fostering a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere through teamwork and adaptability
  • Create a positive, friendly, and fun work environment with a customer-centric approach by greeting and interacting with customers
  • Assist the produce manager in managing product orders, reception, and display
  • Rotate merchandise during stocking to uphold freshness and quality standards
  • Ensure department cleanliness according to company guidelines
  • Handle tasks like shocking green leaf vegetables and coring pineapples
  • Support in unloading trucks and organizing products
  • Adhere to the company's food safety program
  • Maintain a tidy workstation and surrounding area
  • Ensure department sanitization and cleaning at least twice daily
  • Commit to on-site work during scheduled shifts to comply with company attendance policies

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • Capability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
  • Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine tasks, and engage with individuals of varying levels regularly
  • Commitment to on-site work during scheduled shifts as per company policies
