Job Overview
Evaluates, plans, directs and administers individualized therapeutic treatment programs aimed at the restoration or improvement of function, or the prevention of disability.
Qualifications
Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program/Occupational Therapy Program,, Current NJ State License in Physical Therapy plus a minimum of five years previous work related experience.
FIM certification to be taken following employment and training at Wayne, then certification must be taken through the rehab program (Uniform Data System for Medical Rehab-UDSmr).
Specialty certification in area approved APTA are of practice or as deemed appropriate by the leadership staff (ie:CHT- Certified Hand Therapist, OCS-Orthopedic Certified Specialist, PCS-Pediatric Certified Specialist, NDT-NeuroDevelopmentalTechnique) .
