Applicants who are fortunate enough to be selected for hire are eligible for benefits as follows:

Full Time Hires:
Eligible for medical/dental/life benefits on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.

Other benefits include Paid Time Off, 401(k) and Resort Stay Program (where our team members can stay at other Northwood Hospitality properties).


Part Time Hires:

Eligible for Paid Time Off, 401(k) and Resort Stay Program (where our team members can stay at other Northwood Hospitality properties).

On Call / Seasonal / Interns: Eligible for 401(k) and discounted Resort Stays at other Northwood properties.
