Usher Transport:

PTO is not available to cash out during the first year of employment. · _6 paid Holidays a Year for Company Drivers_*Minimum Hiring Requirements:*_*23 years of age*__*2-year verifiable Class A driving experience In the past 3 years. *__*No more than 3 jobs in the last 12 months *__*Maximum of 1 moving violations in the past 3 years*__*Valid class A commercial driver's license*__*Hazardous Material endorsement required for all hazmat shipments *__*Tank endorsement*__*Must be eligible to obtain TWIC card*__*Ability to pass a criminal background check*__*Must pass a DOT physical*__*Must pass DOT drug screen*__*No DUI convictions in the Previous 10 years.*__*Complete required Infiniti Training*__Driver must be registered in the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse- The majority of our fleet spends less than two nights per week on overnight travel with most loads being either a one-day or day and a half trip.   • Tier 1: Less than two-years = $200 annually
  • Tier 2: Two-years = $400 annually
  • Tier 3: Five years = $800 annually
  • Tier 4: Ten-years = $1,000 annually _Please note_ _- Company Drivers are eligible for retention bonus regardless of FOCUS eligibility. The retention bonus is based solely on years-of-service._
