Key Accountabilities:
- Manage and direct staff and activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles.

- Manage and control all shipping and receiving documentation as it pertains to SAP.
- Manage production schedule based upon customer needs and trucking efficiencies.
- Responsible for plant specific inventory control.
- Management of ship/rec function to meet budget and business objectives.
- Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or supplier quality issues (Claims administration)
- Collaborate with other managers and staff members to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
- This person will report directly to the Manager of Plant Operations.
- Meets TKMNA Employee Attributes / Competencies.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree or some college in pursuit of same is preferred.
- 1-2 years previous experience in a management or supervisory role.
- 3-5 years prior experience in the transportation industry.
- Solid knowledge of government regulations within the trucking industry.
- Strong time management and coordination skills, verbal and written communication skills, and critical thinking/problem resolution ability.
