Job Summary:

The Shed Shop Associate oversees production, organization, and safety in the shed shop.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Pull materials for Shed Shop productions.
  • Construct sheds, landings, stair stringers, and other inventory to company standards.
  • Meet production deadlines.
  • Complete production sheets and paperwork accurately.
  • Survey properties for site builds.
  • Adhere to OSHA rules.
  • Learn company products, culture, and procedures.
  • Track inventory usage and maintain cleanliness in the Shed Shop.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in framing or construction desired.
  • Knowledge of building materials is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to suggest changes to drive business goals.
  • Capability to make timely and well-informed decisions.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Basic reading, writing, and math abilities.
