Primary Responsibilities:
  • Represent the brand and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience
  • Familiarize yourself with the menu and make personalized recommendations
  • Execute all table service duties with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate orders with the kitchen team
  • Follow food safety protocols diligently
  • Handle transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system
  • Complete opening, closing, and side tasks as needed
  • Provide support to team members and maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 1-3 years of prior serving experience in an upscale restaurant setting
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
  • Professional appearance, confident demeanor, and outgoing personality
  • Strong communication skills to relay guest requests effectively
  • Hardworking attitude with a positive outlook
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Legal age for serving alcohol
  • Food Handler Certification preferred and must be obtained within 30 days of hire
