Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at our Freehold, NJ location. If you enjoy helping others and making a difference in other's lives, we are searching for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counseling to clients with mental health and behavioral health issues
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
  • Implement evidencebased interventions and treatment modalities
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Provide crisis intervention services as necessary
  • Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources
  • Stay current on best practices in mental health counseling and incorporate them into practice

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
  • Knowledge of psychopharmacology and ability to collaborate with medical professionals on medication management
  • Familiarity with ICD9 coding for billing purposes
  • Strong understanding of mental health counseling principles and techniques, including motivational interviewing
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse populations
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
