Duties:

  • Assist pediatric residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility assistance
  • Provide direct support in accordance with individual care plans and goals
  • Ensure residents' rights and dignity are respected at all times
  • Administer first aid when necessary and respond to emergencies promptly
  • Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care

Skills:

  • Experience in direct support, assisted living, senior care, hospice care, or childcare is preferred
  • CPI training is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of resident rights and personcentered care practices
  • Childcare and pediatrics experience is highly preferred

Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
