DRIVERS NEEDED FOR LCL BULK
LCL is in the process of growing and looking for drivers to handle Over the Road routes, including passport drivers interested in driving to Canada to support new business opportunities.
We have recently enhanced our pay structure with a bonus of up to $5,000 upon starting.
On average, our drivers earn around $80-$90K in their first year, with a guaranteed minimum transition pay.
Top drivers have the potential to make over $100K annually, starting at a minimum of $0.63 per mile for loaded miles.
LCL Bulk is a company based in Wisconsin, specializing in transporting food-grade liquids, particularly liquid chocolate for major US chocolate manufacturers.
WHAT WE OFFER OUR DRIVERS:
- An average earning of $80-$90K in the first year, with a guaranteed minimum transition pay
- $5,000 sign-on bonus for new drivers
- Possibility of a sign-on bonus for rehires after 1-2 years or more
- Truck parking available at home
- Average weekly income ranging from $1,400 to $1,600+
- $1,200 per week guaranteed minimum transition pay for 6 weeks
- $1,400 per week guaranteed minimum pay for dedicated drivers
- Assigned modern equipment
- Various amenities like TV, radio, and refrigerator in the truck
- Opportunity for OTR drivers to be home every 10 to 14 days
- Stable customer base
- Paid orientation and training
- Tanker endorsement reimbursement
- No Hazmat certification required
- Weekend premium included in the transition pay minimum
