Lead Crate Builder- Rogers Mn

1st shift Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm, OT on Fridays 5am-10:30am

Wage- $20-$25 DOE

A growing Architectural Metal Fabrication Company is looking for a Lead Crate Builder. Are you a mechanically apt, reliable person who loves working with your hands, staying busy, and having an extra long weekend.

Job Summary: Our Lead Crate Builder provides leadership and instructions to the crate building team who are responsible for ensuring safe transportation of finished product by designing, building and packing wood crates to unique specifications. Each step of the production process is just as important as the previous and the next. Our thriving employees tend to have 3 characteristics in common: team mentality, respect for others and reliability.

Requirements:

• Carpentry background; Familiarity with woodworking tools (tape measure, drill,

· saw, nail gun, etc)

• Able to work independently, building wood crates to ensure safe delivery of

finished products to jobsite

• Leadership experience (whether a little or a lot) paired with a willingness to grow
