Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager - Remote Position with Occasional Local Travel

In this position, you will be responsible for creating and implementing DEI strategies, organizing campaigns and events, and supporting the overall DEI initiatives of the company. Required Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in developing and implementing DEI strategies and tactics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields. Equivalent education/experience will also be considered.

Please note that the indicated pay range represents the base salary, with additional compensation options available for this position. Supplemental benefits such as shift differentials, overtime pay, on-call pay, premium rates, extra shift incentives, and bonuses may also be applicable.
