The facility is Medicare/Medicaid and Veterans' Administration certified with 105 intermediate/skilled-care beds, 12 domiciliary beds, and a 15-bed Alzheimer's unit. The Montana Veterans' Home has been dedicated to serving Veterans since 1896 and is situated near the Flathead River, just minutes away from Glacier National Park.
Job Description:
- Measures and records residents' vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiratory rate.
- Assists residents with daily living activities such as eating, personal hygiene, and dressing.
- Provides compassionate support to residents and family members, fostering open communication.
- Work schedules offer flexibility with potential shift differential pay.

Qualifications:
- Understanding of the aging process, basic anatomy, and caregiver responsibilities.
- Familiarity with infection control procedures and residents' rights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

- Minimum qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent, valid Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification, and two years of relevant CNA experience. Alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered.
