Job Requirements for the Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician:
- Mandatory maintenance experience within the apartment community industry
- Essential HVAC License
- Proficiency in Plumbing, Electrical work, Appliance Repair, Pool maintenance, and General Maintenance
- Contribution to service requests, apartment upgrades, and maintenance of units
- Support completion of various projects as delegated by the Lead Maintenance Technician
- Availability for on-call duties as per schedule and rotational shifts
- Ownership of tools and access to reliable transportation
Working Environment for the Apartment Assistant Maintenance Technician:
Employees are typically required to stand, walk, and sit throughout their shifts. They may also need to reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and smell as part of their roles. Additionally, the job may involve lifting weights up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with the aid of assistance devices like dollies or hand trucks. The work environment often includes outdoor settings, with occasional off-site travel for business-related activities. Adherence to the company's uniform policy is mandatory for all property employees.
