What You'll Do:

  • Lead sophisticated client engagements from ideation to project delivery
  • Build and maintain client relationships with credibility and trust
  • Develop target operating models and perform gap analyses
  • Identify and improve business processes
  • Design organizational structures and governance frameworks
  • Lead problem-solving sessions and formulate narratives
  • Communicate recommendations to clients and oversee implementation
  • Develop client proposals and articulate value propositions
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to drive operational initiatives
  • Mentor and coach junior team members

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Project Management certification or 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Expertise in organizational design, process improvement, and project management
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
