- Receives instructions and performs operations required to build quality products
- Efficiently operates robotic weld machines to maintain schedule adherence and required level of quality
- Plans, assembles, welds, tests, and preps products for shipment
- Maintains set up joint tolerances and final unit dimensional and orientation tolerances
- Prepares materials and tools necessary to perform duties, operating crane and forklift when required
- Cleans work to ensure final product meets all requirements and cleanliness standards
- Responsible for maintaining qualifications and adhering to safety procedures
- Maintains housekeeping and safe environment in work areas
- Assists and trains new employees
