We are in search of a passionate and devoted Special Education Teacher to join us in California. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering specialized instruction, guidance, and assistance to students with disabilities, ensuring they receive a tailored and high-quality education that meets their unique requirements and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute personalized Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
  • Implement evidence-based instructional methods, adapting the curriculum to cater to individual learning preferences.
  • Track student progress and adjust teaching strategies to address changing needs.
  • Provide specialized instruction customized for the entire classroom's needs.
  • Foster inclusive classrooms by collaborating closely with general education teachers and support staff to nurture a holistic and encouraging learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
  • Valid teaching credential in California or eligibility for Special Education certification.
  • Demonstrated experience working with students with disabilities in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational capacities.
  • Embody compassion, empathy, and an unwavering dedication to meeting the distinct requirements of students with special needs.
