J2 Solutions is looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Data Analytics Practice. If you are a skilled professional with a solid technical background and exceptional interpersonal abilities, then this role is for you.

Role Overview:

As the Data Analytics Practice Leader, you will collaborate with J2's top management to identify new clients, enhance service offerings, and forge strategic partnerships. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through data and cloud projects, while also mentoring the internal team and representing J2 at various events as a recognized industry expert.

This position offers a unique chance to establish yourself as a key technical figure capable of devising successful market strategies.

Responsibilities:

Practice Building:

  • Drive practice growth through business development, talent management, and thought leadership.
  • Formulate strategies for expanding the practice and penetrating new markets.
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients and industry counterparts.
  • Create service offerings that meet current market needs.

Business Development:

  • Spot business opportunities and lead sales initiatives.
  • Utilize your network to foster practice growth.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure deals.

Team & Individual Development:

  • Guide and empower team members.
  • Document best practices, develop case studies, and enhance solution offerings.

Thought Leadership and Industry Engagement:

  • Engage in industry discussions and public speaking events.
  • Position J2 as an industry influencer.
  • Create and share insightful content like blogs and whitepapers.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in recruiting and integrating new team members.
  • Nurture future leaders within the organization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Background in consulting or related field.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring staff.
  • Demonstrated P&L oversight.
  • Track record of professional advancement.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments.
  • History of expanding client base through organic growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
