00Hours: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM, With OT and Saturdays as neededThe primary role of Sanitation is cleaning plant production equipment and facilities to meet food safety, customer quality, and worker safety requirements.

Essential duties and responsibilitiesPerform cleaning and sanitation of plant equipment and the environment in a thorough and safe mannerOperate cleaning systems and equipment as trained and specifiedEnsure accurate record-keeping of Sanitation documentation is documented correctly according to company and regulatory regulationsAdhere to all current standard operating procedures and quality requirementsMaintain a clean work areaPerform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assignedQualifications/RequirementsHigh School diploma or GED preferredSanitation/Janitorial experience preferredChemical certifications preferredProduction and Warehouse experience desirable; food manufacturing preferredMust be flexible with hours, a possibility for OTAbility to lift up to 55lbs (55lbs-65lbs team lift)Must follow all WLF GMPs and work consistently with all food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsSkills/AbilitiesMust be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divideAbility to prioritize and learn quicklyGood verbal and written communicationAbility to multi-taskStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsAbility to work in a wet environmentAbility to work in a teamMust have a sense of urgencyPhysical DemandsThe physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
