Responsibilities:
- Triage, interpret, and input orders accurately and efficiently into the computerized medication order system
- Perform drug calculations and resolve any related issues
- Maintain knowledge of Medicaid claim regulations
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Assist with drug preparation under pharmacist supervision
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy-related experience
- Basic understanding of drugs, medication terminology, and metric system
- Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, team player
