Sales and Marketing Trainee

Our Southeast division is hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our Charlotte based team This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our product and/or services. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to industry leading growth.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Extend company outreach - Demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services.
- Foster relationships - Nurture all consumer relationships to ensure brand loyalty.
- Meet and exceed targets - Contribute to company growth by driving revenue.
- Track results - Document all customer interactions to track campaign progress.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to commute to the office every day
- 1-2 years experience in a customer facing role
- Self motivated, team player, and trainable
- Unrelenting drive to understand customer needs
