Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficient experience in managing Instagram and Facebook accounts and be familiar with other platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn. As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms.
  • Brainstorm engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Engage with our audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Instagram and Facebook accounts.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.
