Master Halco, North America's top company for fencing and security products, is hiring an Inside Sales Associate to join their team. This role is key to the company's success over the past six decades. The Inside Sales Associates collaborate closely within branches to assist fence contractors and retailers in purchasing fence products. This is an exciting time to become part of our team as we continue to expand, introduce new products, invest in technology, and implement innovative marketing strategies. We prioritize our people and believe in transparency, open communication, and rewarding success.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound phone calls and emails from contractor and retail customers for quotes and orders.
  • Create and process quotes and orders promptly.
  • Assist customers picking up orders.
  • Communicate with customers from order placement to shipment.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations team to achieve sales goals and incentives.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS applications.
  • 6-12 months of sales experience, preferably in building products or DIY.
