Responsibilities:

We are searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join our team at ARC Physical Therapy+. As a vital part of our team, you will have a key role in providing top-notch care to our patients, aiding in their recovery and overall well-being.

  • Evaluate patients to create and commence treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Assess the physician's referral and the patient's medical records to determine required physical therapy treatment
  • Administer direct patient care following established protocols and care guidelines
  • Record findings, progress, and instructions for patients and caregivers
  • Supervise patient care provided by assistants and rehab technicians
  • Create a care plan, set goals based on assessment results, and establish a program to achieve these goals
  • Execute physical therapy treatment plans and deliver necessary treatments
  • Effectively communicate with patients, caregivers, colleagues, including physicians and insurance entities
  • Ensure prompt documentation, including daily notes, workers' compensation reports, progress reports, evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. New graduates are encouraged to apply to kickstart their careers with us
  • Active Missouri state license and CPR certification
  • Capability to design and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to acquire this skill
  • Ability to efficiently work independently
  • Basic knowledge of PC skills, including Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, database software, and MS Office
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish languages is highly desired
