Housekeeper Position at Aimbridge Hospitality

A Housekeeper's main responsibility is to maintain clean and appealing guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the hotel. This includes servicing guest rooms daily following hotel procedures, restocking room supplies, replacing bed linens, and replenishing guest room amenities while adhering to company standards and safety procedures. At times, this role may also involve performing deep cleaning tasks within guest rooms along with preventative maintenance activities.

  • High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Attention to detail and effective communication skills with guests and team members
  • Ability to convey information clearly and make quick, accurate decisions
  • Perform well under high-pressure situations
  • Approach all interactions with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner
  • Maintain regular attendance as per Aimbridge Hospitality standards
  • Adhere to high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Follow Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations for safe and efficient hotel operations
  • Thoroughly clean and restock required number of guest rooms per shift
  • Complete all pre-cleaning duties including setting up housekeeping cart
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager
  • May be required to conduct deep cleaning tasks such as furniture disassembly
