About the Job:
  • Own the establishment of new processes and drive alignment across global partner teams
  • Define and deliver vital programs with significant cross-organizational impact
  • Solve complex problems and lead cross-functional projects effectively
  • Operate independently with strong business judgment and strategic decision-making
Your Responsibilities:
  • Support process improvements by suggesting performance metrics
  • Write business documents and report global metrics and insights
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders on risks and mitigation strategies
  • Document progress against milestones and track risks and issues
  • Analyze and address business problems at their core
  • Identify key areas for service and business enhancement
Basic Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of cross-functional team collaboration experience
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience
  • 7+ years of senior leadership communication and analysis experience
  • 7+ years of working across different teams experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in process implementation and standardization
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Effective communication skills at all levels
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience delivering projects successfully within scope, time, and budget
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Access, SQL
