Summary:

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Model ACCESSbank core values daily.
- Provide responsive, friendly, and courteous customer assistance.
- Answer telephone promptly with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Utilize and be knowledgeable about bank systems (Teller, Navigator, Director) to assist customers.
- Receive and verify deposits, process withdrawals, and cash checks.
- Promote and explain additional financial institution services
- Assist with various branch operations, including vault balancing, dual control procedures, and adherence to security and compliance policies.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 6 months of cashiering, customer service, or related experience.
- Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, and banking products.
- Excellent communications skills and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to work independently or as part of the team.
