  • Maintain safety by handling loitering individuals and addressing hazards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills.

  • Proficient in interpreting policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate promptness and a sense of urgency.

Physical Demands:
  • Extended periods of standing and walking.
  • Lifting and moving parking equipment.
  • Sweeping and changing signage as needed.
  • No sitting allowed except during breaks and off-property.
