Job Title: Automotive Receptionist at Walker Automotive



Are you someone with exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude? Walker Automotive is looking for an automotive receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis (one month), with the potential to grow into a more permanent role.



Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls to the dealership
  • Welcome and assist prospects and customers
  • Direct customers to the right departments
  • Support the sales team
  • Update customer records
  • Interact with callers and visitors professionally
  • Handle administrative tasks such as typing memos and reports
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments
  • Facilitate the dealer exchange of vehicles
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention processes
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
  • Clean driving history and valid driver's license
  • Must pass background check and drug test
Compensation: $12 - $15 per hour. Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 5 pm
