DSJ Global is currently partnered with a Top Fortune 200 Manufacturing Company that caters to the Healthcare, Beauty, Food & Beverage, Retail and Electronics Industry. This organization is looking to expand its team with a Sr. Electrical Engineerwhere this candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of electrical machine design for automated packaging equipment.

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and troubleshoot systems effectively.
  • Develop, update, and modify PLC, Motion, and HMI code, safety systems, electrical schematics, and BOMs.
  • Design electrical schematics and panel layouts to meet standards
  • Collaborate with project managers, manufacturing, and engineers to ensure projects meet specifications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Resolve supply chain issues and improve processes.
  • Conduct research, diagnostics, and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams on development projects.
  • Support production projects, respond to inquiries, provide estimates, and offer cost-effective solutions. Assist with field service, machine integration, and guide assembly teams.

The Sr. Electrical Engineer should have the following qualifications:

  • BS Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited ABET University.
  • Minimum of 3 years in electrical/controls/programming
  • Experience in high-speed automated packaging machinery
  • Proficiency in Electrical CAD software.
