The Snr. Director Strategic Operations is the executive sponsor and leader of KnowBe4's growth management system, MetaPulse. Sr. Director Strategic Operations is responsible for feature identification, prioritization, and utilization of MetaPulse company-wide. Ensuring that this critical tool remains a strategic asset in supporting sustainable growth, operational excellence, and organizational alignment.

Responsibilities:

  • In coordination with Deputy COO, collaborate with the CEO to define the product vision for MetaPulse.
  • Identify feature gaps.
  • Document requirements and operations.
  • Liaise with MetaPulse team on feature requests.
  • Oversee the backend administration team for MetaPulse. This team is responsible for; testing, identifying, errors and/or problems within the MetaPulse system, troubleshooting, handling data integrity issues, and supporting the organization's endusers by providing support to internal customers.
  • Ensure MetaPulse features are implemented and utilized to their fullest companywide. Includes, Org chart, Graphs, and OKRs.
  • Oversee Policy and Knowledge management section of MetaPulse, including maintaining the standards for KnowBe4 Policy creation. Audit MetaPulse for missing JD's, missing statistics, missing OKRs and work with ELT to increase correct usage.
  • Work with ELT and SLT to establish applicable KPIs for every role and ensure graphs in MetaPulse are correctly defined and tracked so that proper trend analysis and production can be monitored.
  • Liaise with Internal Training team to ensure training materials exist for MetaPulse
  • Ensure proper/desirable operation of MetaPulse.
  • Provide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Strong experience in implementing business solutions, educating end users and increasing adoption
  • Proven leadership skills
  • The ability to think strategically, develop longterm plans, and drive organizational vision.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Ability to display excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of internal stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multitask and manage time
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations and procedures
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
